1. Hippocrates’ Massage
(Ancient Greek Massage)
A series of different massaging techniques that consist of rubbing, vibration, hitting, caressing, pinching, pulling etc. with the main purpose of addressing what is requested and being necessary for each patient. According to Hippocrates, the theory of homeostasis (balance) between the four elements of the world (earth, air, water, fire) and the four human juices (blood, phlegm, yellow & black bile) remains a key pillar.
2. Reflexology
Reflexology is a natural drug-free treatment in which special pressure is applied to the feet, hands, and ears (where the hologram of the human body is imprinted). Its purpose is the activation of the individual’s self-healing forces (homeostasis), the existence of which was first noticed and established by the father of medicine, Hippocrates. This is achieved by activating reflective and reflexive associations of each pressure point with the matching, corresponding, and diagonal internal organs.

3. Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is an ancient therapeutic practice in which glass (nowadays also plastic) suction cups, as well as animal horns, are applied to the skin under conditions of negative pressure, forcing the subcutaneous tissue to rise, thereby facilitating and enhancing the flow of blood and lymph. In this way hyperemia is caused, which then leads to an increase in:
a) temperature within the applied area
b) tissue oxygenation
c) enzyme activity
d) metabolism
e) the speed of nerve impulses, and therefore cell nutrition
It is indicated for situations such as:
4. Shiatsu
An ancient Japanese natural healing method that involves application of pressure to the body using therapist’s thumbs, palms, elbows, knees, and feet. Its principles are based on the theory energy movement through energy channels (meridians), and aims to restore this balance in order to strengthen the body’s healing abilities.
It simultaneously works on the autonomic nervous system, helping to release toxins and deep tension from the muscles and also stimulate the hormonal system.
On an energetic level, Shiatsu allows the recipient to deeply relax by stimulating the individual’s capacity for self-healing and regeneration.

5. Gua sha
These are skin scraping techniques with special tools used in traditional Chinese medicine which help/contribute to muscle relaxation, pain relief, promoting tissue drainage and improving blood circulation; namely chi according to the Chinese, prana according to the Indians, and chara according to the Japanese.
6. Massage for Pregnant Women
It is aimed at pregnant women who are going through any month of pregnancy. Specialized techniques are used to relieve the spine as well as the lower limbs that are burdened during pregnancy. Research shows that massage can reduce stress hormones in your body and relax and loosen your muscles. It can also increase blood flow, which is so important when you’re pregnant, and keep your lymphatic system working at peak efficiency.

7. Thai Massage
One of the oldest therapeutic methods of traditional Thai medicine. The essence of unlocking energy. It consists of stretches, pressures, positions and rearrangements aimed at balancing material and energy in human body.
8. Sports massage
Deep tissue massage
Dynamic massage technique that includes friction, pressure, impacts and slaps, with the aim of removing lactic acid and resolving muscle spasms. Provides relief from muscle soreness after intense exercise, sex or stress.

9. Chromatotherapy
Color therapy, also known as chromotherapy, is a form of therapy that uses color and light to treat certain mental and physical health conditions by stimulating certain organs and vital functions. Each color has its own vibrational energy, brings out different feelings, reveals different aspects of our character, affects our mood, and forms our quality of life, accordingly.
